Julio Arriaga, Managing Partner of Warehouse Renting, LLC, is a Miami native who has been investing in South Florida real estate since 1996. A graduate of Marquette University with a bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing, Julio has spent three decades building deep expertise in the industrial submarkets of Hialeah, Hialeah Gardens, Medley, Doral, and Airport West — and has been involved as a principal in more than $100 million in real estate transactions.

Today, Julio oversees more than one million square feet of industrial, retail, and office space across the Miami area, a portfolio of over 1,000 units serving more than 500 tenants. Under his hands-on management, the portfolio consistently maintains a 97% occupancy rate — a reflection of well-kept properties, fair dealing, and tenants who stay.
